WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the following states in the Southeast U.S:

Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.

Shipping is based on weight shipping location and is calculated at checkout.

(If you don’t want to have to pay for shipping, just select one of our pick-up options at checkout!)

You can pick your order up at the ranch, or the Hyde Park Market!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders ship on Tuesdays, and will arrive within 1-2 business days! As soon as your order leaves here, you will be e-mailed a tracking number so you can get real time updates on the status of your delivery.

WILL MY BEEF STILL BE FROZEN WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We ship all orders on dry ice, which will ensure that your beef stays frozen and safe until it arrives!

WHAT MAKES RIVERBEND DIFFERENT?

  1. We are your ranchers! The beef we sell is the beef that we raise. Everything from the momma cow, the bulls we carefully select for breeding to them, to the calves they sire that eventually enter our beef program, we are raising your beef. A few years after starting our business, the demand for our beef began to outgrow what we could raise on our land alone. In order to produce enough beef, we began working with a couple of close friends in North Florida, Will & Celina, to help us reach our goals. We knew they were great stewards of their land and their cattle, so we now work closely with them to raise calves that can fit into our Riverbend beef program. We still have our cows that we run here as well, and no matter what the future holds, we don’t ever want to stop raising cattle ourselves, from start to finish. We love every part of it!

  2. We are an open book. Local customers know that they can stop in and we will be glad to give you a tour of our entire operation. We raise our cow/calf pairs here, and also feed our beef calves here, so we can show you how we do all of it. We love talking to folks about what we do!

  3. All of our beef is dry-aged, even the ground beef! Dry-aging is a process that requires the entire beef carcass to hang in a dry-aging room (34-36 degrees Fahrenheit). This allows enzymes in the meat to break down the muscle, resulting in beef that is not only more flavorful, but also significantly more tender.


Grass-fed & grain finished FAQ’s

IS YOUR BEEF GRASS-FINISHED?

Our cattle are always on pasture, and the ones that are in our beef program are also fed a grain finishing ration to help add more marbling and flavor. Even when they start receiving that additional feed, they never come off of pasture. We believe that the best way to raise cattle is with free access to pasture at all times, so even in the finishing stages, our cattle are never taken off pasture.

WHY DO YOU FEED YOUR CATTLE GRAIN?

While there’s an abundance of grass here in Florida, it’s generally lacking in nutrients. Supplementing our beef steers ensures that they get the protein, energy, and other important nutrients needed for raising top-quality beef.
