Our beef subscription was created for families who want the convenience of regularly stocking their freezer with Florida-raised beef while maintaining a direct connection with the ranch raising it.

What's in a Riverbend Ranch Club Box?

Each Ranch Club delivery contains approximately 15–20 pounds of meat.

We build the box around a practical mix: roughly half ground beef and half assorted cuts that may include steaks, roasts, stewing beef, cubed beef, and other Riverbend favorites.

Why the mix?

Because that's how families actually cook.

Ground beef handles taco night, burgers, meatballs, chili, and quick weeknight meals. Steaks give you something special for the grill. Roasts and other cuts give you options for Sunday dinner, the slow cooker, smoker, or trying a new Riverbend recipe.

Choose a Schedule That Fits Your Family

Not every household eats beef at the same pace.

That's why Ranch Club subscriptions are available every one, two, or three months.

A family that cooks beef several times a week may prefer monthly deliveries. Smaller households or families mixing beef with other proteins may find every two or three months works better.

The goal isn't to fill your freezer faster than you can empty it. It's to keep quality beef available when you need it.

Beef Shares Without the Big Freezer Commitment

Buying a quarter or half beef is a great option, but it requires freezer space.

Instead of bringing home 100 pounds or more at once, you receive manageable quantities throughout the year. You still get the variety that makes buying directly from a ranch exciting without dedicating an entire freezer to one pickup.

Shipping is included with Ranch Club subscriptions, making it particularly convenient for Florida families who aren't close enough to regularly visit our Floral City ranch.

Our cattle are raised on pasture here in Florida, and our beef is dry-aged for 14 days to develop tenderness and flavor. We're proud of how we raise our cattle, and we're happy to answer customers' questions about our ranch, our beef, and how to cook the cuts they receive.
