Refund Policy

Once our products leave the ranch, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy since most of our products are food and cannot be resold.  If you need to exchange a non-food item or apparel, we will exchange it for a different item or different size if the customer pays shipping to send the original back to us. We cannot accept returns on any meats or food products - NO returns or refunds, no exceptions.
