Creamy Ranch Ground Beef Casserole

It’s the perfect weeknight meal when you want something comforting, easy, and made with real, wholesome beef. Packed with ranch flavor and melted cheese, it’s pure satisfaction in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Riverbend Cattle Co. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (or 3 tbsp homemade mix)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add the diced onion. Cook until soft, then add Riverbend Cattle Co. ground beef and garlic. Brown the beef until cooked through and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
