
Ground Pork and Beef Casserole - Great for the Carnivore Diet
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Cook the ground beef and pork completely over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the beef bone broth, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Remove from the heat.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Add the cream, cream cheese, and salt and mix well.
- Add the mixture to the beef, pork and broth batter and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
