Market Meatballs
You’ve been asking, and we’ve been listening! Our Market Meatballs started out as bite-size samples at farmers’ markets, and before long, folks were lining up for seconds—and asking for the recipe.
So, whether you fell in love at first bite or you’re just curious about what makes these meatballs so special, here’s how to bring a little Riverbend flavor into your own kitchen.
Ingredients:
- One Package - 1.5 lbs. of Riverbend Pasture-Raised Ground Beef
- 1.5 Tablespoons of our Riverbend Cracker Cow Burger Blend Seasoning
- Pinch of our Riverbend Smoked Finishing Salt
Preparation Instructions:
- Thaw your frozen ground beef overnight on a plate or bowl in your refrigerator.
- The following day, season your ground with our Cracket Cow Seasoning.
- Using clean hands, integrate the seasoning into the beef.
- Roll the ground beef into small 1-inch meatballs & refrigerate in a sealed container for a minimum of 6-8 hours.
Cooking Instructions:
- On your stovetop, heat your pan on medium heat.
- Place meatballs into the pan - be sure to leave about half the pan open so you can roll and toss the meatballs.
- Fry for 5-6 minutes, turning the meatballs every minute and a half.
- Remove your meatballs from the pan and place on a plate.
- Finish with a generous pinch of our Riverbend Smoked Finishing Salt.
About Our Meatballs
We start with our Florida pasture-raised ground beef and then blend in just the right balance of our Cracker Cow Burger Blend to let that rich, beefy flavor shine through.
Each meatball is pan-fried, tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned—just the way we like to eat after a day out on the range. We’ve perfected this recipe over the years of sampling at markets, and we’re thrilled to share it with you so you can create the same mouthwatering experience at home.
Serve your meatballs up family-style with a hunk of crusty bread for mopping up every last drop of sauce. Or turn them into sliders, toss them in a zesty pasta sauce, or even top a baked potato—there’s no wrong way to enjoy them.
And because these meatballs are made with pasture-raised ground beef and simple, wholesome ingredients, you can feel good about every bite.
