  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:
