How much freezer space do I need for a beef bundle?

Our standard bundles easily fit into a regular kitchen freezer. If you are purchasing a larger beef share (like a Quarter or Half Steer), we recommend having a dedicated chest freezer. A quarter beef typically requires about 4 to 5 cubic feet of freezer space.

How is the beef shipped?

All of our beef bundles are flash-frozen and vacuum sealed after our 14-day dry aging process and shipped across the Southeast with dry ice. We guarantee your meat will arrive at your doorstep frozen solid and ready to store.
