Warm leftover Riverbend Cattle Co. shredded beef (~3/4 cup) with taco seasoning. Assemble on tortillas with quick vinegar slaw (cabbage, carrot, vinegar, sugar, salt) and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup shredded Riverbend Cattle Co. beef
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, pinch of sugar & salt (for slaw)
  • Optional toppings: cilantro, lime, crema
