Ingredients
- 2–3 lb Riverbend Cattle Company Tri Tip
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prep the tri tip: Pat dry and rub with olive oil.
- Season generously: Combine salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Coat the tri tip evenly on all sides.
- Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F).
