Beef Osso Buco, also known as beef shank, is a traditional Italian term “osso buco” translates to “bone with a hole,” referring to the marrow-filled bone in the center of the cut that enhances the flavor and adds a unique texture. This tender and succulent dish is popular for its melt-in-your-mouth meat and comforting flavors.
Each Osso Buco is individually packaged and weighs approx. 3 lbs. Each Osso Buco is cut at 4 inches thick.
*If you’re having your order shipped, we suggest that you order a total of at least 5-6 lbs. of beef cuts in your box, to ensure that it remains frozen in transit.
